New Book: The DNA of the Spirit-Empowered Christians and Churches

by Dr. Arto Hämäläinen

In The DNA of the Spirit-Empowered Christians and Churches, Dr. Arto Hämäläinen unpacks the role of the Holy Spirit in his book. He tries to expand the understanding of the role of the third person of the Godhead from the mere baptism in the Spirit to the richness of His manifold activities. The evangelization of the world depends on His empowerment. At the same time, the fruits of the Spirit draw people to Jesus and enable the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Without limiting the Spirit’s blessing to the personal lives of believers only, the author goes on to present the whole picture of how the Holy Spirit works. He digs into the wellsprings of Pentecostalism and seeks to awaken a longing for a fresh experience of the charismatic dimension of spiritual life and ministry.
